Law enforcement in Ocean County issued a warrant for his arrest on Aug. 27, 2022, the date of the attack, on charges of murder, attempted murder, aggravated assault and weapons offenses, prosecutors said. A 29-year-old Neptune Township man was shot in the stomach and a 24-year-old Asbury Park man suffered a wound to his elbow, authorities said. Both were treated for their injuries at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and released.and ordered it to close due to zoning, safety and code violations, Mayor Maurice Hill said.
