Las Vegas will take aim at Kansas City to cap Week 5 at Arrowhead Stadium.
By Adam Zielonka For FrontPageBets The Kansas City Chiefs, while not perfect, have played up to the standard that football fans have come to expect of them.
Chiefs -7 The Chiefs have owned the Raiders in recent years, even predating the Mahomes era. Kansas City is 13-2 in the past 15 meetings with the Raiders. The bonus for the Chiefs is that they finally get to return home. They played just one of their first four games at Arrowhead, the Thursday night win over the Chargers back in Week 2. It’s up there with Seattle as one of the loudest environments in the NFL.
The Chiefs just dropped 41 points on a top-10 Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense, and on top of that, Mahomes has been more productive against the Raiders than any other opponent in his career thus far. In eight career meetings, he’s averaged 318.3 yards per game and thrown 22 touchdowns against just three interceptions.
That bodes well not only for himself but for Raiders teammate Adams. Renfrow was Las Vegas’ top wide receiver for the past few years, but adding Adams across the field from him unlocks so much potential. In his team debut Week 1, Adams caught 10 passes for 141 yards and a touchdown.
