The bakery will offer pastries, breads, signature cakes, donuts, pies and more
The French patisserie-inspired bakery and cafe will occupy 2,400 square feet of space at 62 Elm St.
Kirshenbaum Baking Co. will offer pastries, muffins, breads, artisan sandwiches, signature cakes, croissants, donuts, pies by-the-slice and other baked goods.“The menu is inspired by my 20-year culinary journey in Paris, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles where I was blessed to work with great chefs and hone my craft,” Uyen Kirshenbaum, co-owner of Kirshenbaum Baking Co., said.
The business began when Kirshenbaum, alongside her husband and co-owner Jeff, decided to launch an online cookie company early in the pandemic.
