Fox Corp. has struck a deal to acquire the streaming service Tubi in a deal worth as much as $490 million, the company said Tuesday.
Under the terms of the deal, Fox is paying $440 million in cash with potentially another $50 million in deferred consideration and unvested options that may be due over the next three years, the company said.
