A four-month-old baby is in critical condition after a car and taxi collided on Horsforth New Road near Rodley. The baby, along with several other individuals, was rushed to the hospital. The driver of the car has been arrested.
A four month old baby has been left fighting for his life after a crash between a car and taxi on Horsforth New Road near Rodley on Monday evening (February 12). Several people, including the baby, were rushed to hospital following the head-on collision between a Vauxhall Vivaro van and a Toyota Auris on the A6120 Ring Road between Calverley and Rodley at about 4.55pm.
A four-month-old baby in the Toyota suffered life threatening injuries in the incident and was taken to hospital where he remains today, police say. The male driver of the Vivaro has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
