A Houston family says their loved one who was reported missing has been located after a nurse said that she had been listed as a Jane Doe at a children’s hospital a few days ago.
According to family members, Aliayae Haynes was last seen in the Ball Park North Apartments complex in the 4600 block of Elemont Drive before disappearing on Sept. 8, 2022.
Haynes’ mother said it was unusual for her daughter, a Fort Bend High School graduate, not to contact her, which prompted her to report her disappearance. Some time after KPRC 2 posted an initial article about her disappearance, a nurse in the Austin area said she noticed Haynes’ picture on the flyer, reached out to her family, and informed them that the college student had been admitted to Dell Children’s Hospital and was currently listed as a Jane Doe.said the family was made aware and they were headed to the hospital for more information on what happened as of Saturday night.Moriah Ballard joined the KPRC 2 digital team in the fall of 2021.
