TXRE Properties of Dallas is now handling the leasing and management services for Burnett Plaza in downtown Fort Worth.
A Dallas commercial property firm is now at the helm of Fort Worth’s tallest skyscraper.was acquired by an affiliate of Manhattan-based Opal Holdings. The tower sold for $137.5 million.The office tower was more than 80% leased when it sold in April 2021.
“TXRE has increased their footprint year over year and makes a splash with the new million-square-foot-plus assignment,” the company said in an announcement of the new project.TXRE recently soldFounded in 2004, TXRE represents more than 7 million square feet of commercial real estate in Dallas-Fort Worth.
