Fort Worth police identify suspect they say sat on passenger door and shot at officers during chase

Eliseo Suarez Jr. and Jessica Jarvis face charges in connection to Tuesday's chase.

Suarez also has three prior felony warrants, two for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one for unauthorized possession of a firearm by a felon.
