The mayors of DFW issued a challenge to Houston mayor Sylvester Turner ahead of the American League Championship series between their teams.
The ALCS will pit American League West and instate rivals against each other for the first time in the MLB playoffs.
The challenge was issued on Thursday when the city of Arlington’s X account, formerly Twitter, suggested the loser would have to wear the winning team’s jersey in the city council meeting..
