Police Chief Kelley Johnson said when officers arrived, they found Swain had been wounded, and bystanders were trying to help him. , he attended B. B. Comer Memorial High School and was a member of the football team. After school, he would commute to C & J Tech where he was a “dedicated employee.”Authorities then made contact with the Criminal Investigation Division at Fort Campbell Army Base in Kentucky where Duncan was stationed.
