The body of Private First Class Katia Duenas-Aguilar , 23, was found around 8:30 p.m. on May 18 inside a locked bedroom in her apartment.
The body of Private First Class Katia Duenas-Aguilar, 23, was found around 8:30 p.m. on May 18 inside a locked bedroom in her apartment. Duenas-Aguilar joined the Army in 2018 and completed basic training and advanced individual training at Fort Eisenhower. She was assigned to the 101st Airborne Division's Combat Aviation Brigade.
The young solider was also a single mom of a 4-year-old son. According to Clarksville Police, the soldier was the only victim in this situation.
