Former Homeland Security Chief of Staff Miles Taylor claimed Trump withheld disaster aid to Democratic voters and warned of a ‘no-holds-barred’ second term.
for Republican Voters Against Trump, a group of Republican operatives and media figures backing Biden, Taylor accused Trump of “terrifying” behavior and wanting to “exploit the Department of Homeland Security for his own political purposes and to fuel his own agenda.”
“A lot of the times the things he wanted to do not only were impossible, but in many cases illegal,” Taylor said, pointing to Trump’s desire to renew his “no tolerance” policy and family separations at the U.S.-Mexico border.
