Mark Logan said his application to join Labour was “going in today”
Former Tory MP Mark Logan has announced he is backing Labour at the general election in July and said he is planning to join the party.
Mr Logan previously won his seat with a majority of 378 back in 2019 but has now slammed the Tory party as being 'unrecognisable' from when he first joined politics. In an interview with BBC News, Mr Logan, who announced he was standing down at this election, told the broadcaster that Labour now offer 'centrist politics'.
