Ellie admitted that they had to try and help the customer with cold water or soapy water to try and help them get the ring off, but some customers couldn't wait for the help. Other people were shocked at the revelations, but ex-Pandora workers also said they related to the experience. One said: "Yesss I worked there too this is all so true!"
