Nimco Ali, a former Home Office adviser, criticizes Danny Kruger for his anti-choice stance on women's rights, stating that it could lead to a loss of support for the Conservative Party. Labour MP Ben Bradshaw also criticizes Kruger, comparing him to the religious right in the United States and warning that his views could result in electoral defeat.

Former Home Office adviser Nimco Ali does not pull her punches when talking about Danny Kruger .She says that he 'keeps talking about liberalism and liberty' - but ultimately doesn't believe women should have a right over their own body, due to him being anti-choice.

She adds: 'If people like him and the home secretary are allowed to kind of get to the mainstream of the party, I think then that's when the Conservative Party will lose support.'Ms Ali says this is not necessarily based in religion, but is a 'take on misogyny'.Ben Bradshaw, the Labour MP, says Mr Kruger is a 'British equivalent of the religious right in the United States'.
