Andrew and Laura Running of Illinois paid cash for a 5,900-square-foot Santa Fe-style house in Paradise Valley. Andrew is a Chicago lawyer. The house with six bedrooms and six bathrooms was featured in Phoenix Home & Garden magazine. The kitchen has a fireplace and skylight. The house also has a sports court and five new air conditioners. James and Barbara Hennessy were the sellers.
