Food52 x GreenPan Nonstick Stock Pot with Steamer InsertMy, this pot and colander are a dream team (and no wonder—we worked with GreenPan to create them exclusively for us)! That handy insert makes quick work of pasta, blanched vegetables, and steamed shellfish, while that sage-blue stock pot is great for, well, just about everything. It’s got a natural ceramic nonstick interior (no PFAS, PFOA, lead, or cadmium here!) that won’t blister, peel, or release toxic fumes when heated. (It’s even metal utensil–safe.) Oh, and did we mention that pot is compatible with any cooking surface (even induction) and is oven-friendly up to 600°F? Added bonus: The lid can fit atop the pot or the colander. When you’re done whipping up tonight’s one-pot dinner, the nonstick surface makes this dynamo a breeze to clean by hand—or you can go ahead and set it in the dishwasher. Lid is oven-safe up to 425°F. Hungry for more nonstick goodness? Check out the full collection here.
