A Florida man claims he sustained multiple injuries during a visit last year to Disney World, when a ferry he was on crashed and he fell into a trash can.
A Florida man is suing Walt Disney World after the ferry he was on crashed into a dock last year and sent him into a trash can, according to a lawsuit. Justin Tripp was visiting Disney's Magic Kingdom when he was riding a ferry boat from the parking lot on April 27, FOX Orlando reported. Tripp filed the lawsuit Monday in Orange County, Florida.
Disney knew, or in the exercise of reasonable care should have known, of the actions and inactions that caused the allision or crash of the ferry into the dock and failed to correct such conditions," the lawsuit said.
