Rain-triggered flash floods kill at least 13 people in Türkiye's quake-hit southeastern provinces of Adiyaman and Sanliurfa
Efforts to rescue residents trapped in the city are ongoing in different neighborhoods of Sanliurfa.
He said search and rescue efforts for five people who are missing are currently underway in three locations. The Sanliurfa governorship announced on Twitter that education at all levels was suspended for one day.

The big picture on water comes from data from a pair of satellites known as GRACE, or Gravity Recovery and Climate Experiment, that were used to measure changes in Earth’s water storage — the sum of all the water on and in the land, including groundwater, surface water, ice, and snow.
