Fresh, healthy food is now being sold from the unit which used to be Mr Frites in Nottingham's. Asian-inspired itsu has opened its doors bringing sushi, salads, rice and noodle bowls and gyozas to the shopping centre's ground floor Clocktower dining area.
Neil Miller, chief customer officer at itsu, said:"We’re looking forward to bringing our nutritious menu to the people of Nottingham. Opening in Victoria Centre represents the next step in our 'eat beautiful' journey, bringing healthy, affordable food to more people in more places across the UK."itsu has a steamed, not fried, philosophy. The majority of dishes are under 500 calories, wholegrain, rich in omega 3 and cost less than £7.50.
