We've got a hot second half of the weekend ahead of us as monsoon moisture begins to spread across eastern parts of San Diego County. There will be a very low chance for a mountain storm or two, but most of us will just see a partly cloudy sky. It will be comfortable near the coast with highs in the 70s to around 80. Highs inland will climb well into the 80s and 90s.
Rain chances go up to start the new work week! The best chance will be across the mountains, but other parts of San Diego County will also have an opportunity for some showers and storms. Not everyone will see rainfall. In fact, the overall coverage of storms will likely be 30% or less. But there is a chance county-wide for rain, so keep your fingers crossed!
