The Mega Millions jackpot passed the $700 million mark after there were no winners in Friday night's $685 million drawing.
The winning numbers on Friday were 1, 3, 6, 44, and 51 while the Mega Ball number was 7. There was one winning ticket in Ohio that matched the first five numbers but failed to match the Mega Ball number.For Mega Millions and Powerball, 2022 has been a year of large lottery jackpots.

The next drawing will be on Tuesday, the first jackpot drawing of 2023. It is played in 45 states, as well as Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
