A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “We were alerted at 6.05pm on Wednesday, 1 November, to reports of a dwelling fire on Leven Street, Motherwell. “Operations Control mobilised four appliances and specialist resources to a fire affecting a flat within the multi-storey building.*Don't miss the latest headlines from around Lanarkshire.
