Matthew Nilo, 35, was charged after investigators used DNA analysis and genealogy to tie him to four unsolved sexual assaults. In court, he waived extradition, which means he will be sent to Boston for arraignment. A post on Nilo’s Facebook page suggests he got engaged just weeks ago.
