Florida Highway Patrol reported a crash resulting in injuries occurred early Saturday morning at the intersection between State Road 200 and Beech St.
At approximately 1:09 a.m., the 26-year-old driver of a blue Nissan Versa and one passenger failed to stop at a stop light and crashed into the back of a 35-year-old man’s Jeep Gladiator.
The Nissan passenger sustained serious injuries and was transported to UF Shands by Trauma One. The driver sustained minor injuries and was transported to the Baptist Medical Center of Nassau. Neither the Jeep driver nor his passenger were injured.
