British 18-year-old Oliver Bearman hopes to earn a permanent F1 seat next year after making his Ferrari debut in Saudi Arabia.
Oliver Bearman is the third-youngest driver to start an F1 race after Max Verstappen and Lance Stroll
The 18-year-old became the youngest Briton to start a grand prix when he was called up by Ferrari to replace Carlos Sainz, who had appendicitis."Getting a taste of this amazing world... I know what I'm missing out on up there in F1," Bearman said. Asked if he could be a regular on the grid as soon as 2025, Bearman told BBC East: "I think so. It depends on how I get on.
"I need to keep up the good work and not let any of this faze me because you're only as good as your last race."
