However, Fern was unaware of the twist, and she actually picked someone to be given a free pass through the next nominations. This meant that Louis would not be allowed to be put up for eviction by the housemates or the general public at home.
Louis was then summoned to the Diary Room and told what had happened as it was aired to his fellow housemates, who all thought he was about to leave.
