Three people, including daycare owner Grei Mendez, 36, have now been charged in the fentanyl-exposure death of 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici, at left, in what authorities said was a drug operation at the children facility.She is also suspected of deleting more than 21,000 messages with her husband dating to 2021 before turning her phone over to cops, prosecutors said.
Grei Mendez, 36, owner of the Divino Nico Daycare in the Kingsbridge section of the Bronx, was charged with murder last week after one of the children in her care, 1-year-old Nicholas Feliz Dominici, died from fentanyl exposure.
