Christopher Arthur, 38, of Mount Olive, North Carolina, was presented before a magistrate judge Monday, the DOJ said. He was arrested on January 22, 2022.in May 2020, when authorities discovered multiple tactical instructional manuals authored by him in the residence of an individual who had been killed May 27, 2020, during a shootout with officers in New York. according to the DOJ.

If convicted of his charges, Christopher Arthur could be sentenced up to 20 years in prison and faced with a fine of $250,000, the Department of Justice said.
