A federal court ruled that the Trump administration must begin to operate the DACA program again—to start accepting applications

—which, as of Thursday, stated that it was only accepting DACA renewal applications—to note “the information on this page is out of date.”

USCIS has not responded for a request for comment on the ruling, but a spokesperson claimed in a statement to Forbes earlier Friday that rejected initial DACA applications submitted after the Supreme Court ruling “were rejected due to their being incomplete, most commonly due to a lack of signature, missing or incomplete form pages, or an incorrect fee.
