New photos from the set of FastAndFurious10 reveal Helen Mirren will return to reprise her role as Magdalene 'Queenie' Shaw in the latest movie.
Brand new photos from the set of Fast & Furious 10 confirm Helen Mirren will return to reprise her role as the iconic Queenie. The criminal mastermind made her Fast & Furious franchise debut in 2017's The Fate of the Furious, then continued her role in the spinoff Hobbs & Shaw and last year's F9. Production is currently underway for the next installment of the street-racing franchise, with filmmaker Louis Leterrier recently taking over as director.
SCREENRANT VIDEO OF THE DAY The latest volume in the Fast & Furious franchise will see the returns of core cast members Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Jordana Brewster, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang. Fresh faces to the franchise include Brie Larson as an undisclosed character, Rita Moreno as Dominic Toretto's grandma, and Jason Momoa as an unnamed villain. Details are so far being kept under wraps regarding the plot of Fast X.
It so far looks like Fast & Furious 10 is compiling an all-star cast of returning players and exciting new faces. With the movie being the first in a two-part finale, it can be assumed that Fast X will be an emotional ride filled with plenty of callbacks to previous films. Perhaps Queenie's return in the film suggests at deeper references to her sons, Owen and Deckard .
