Everton owner Farhad Moshiri and 777 Partners co-founder Josh Wander have spoken out as the takeover over process continues
The Blues owner is in the process of selling his shares in the club to the Miami-based investment firm as the takeover process continues.
At the time, Moshiri said in a club statement that he believed 777 Partners "are the best partners to take our great club forward." And in a new interview with Sky Sports' Alan Myers, the 68-year-old has expressed his 'increasing confidence' in the firm, which includes the likes of Hertha Berlin, Genoa, Standard Liege and Sevilla in their portfolio of football clubs.
777 Partners have come under criticism from supporters of other clubs in their multi-club portfolio, including Hertha Berlin and Standard Liege.
