Far-right personality Timothy Gionet, who goes by 'Baked Alaska' and grew up in Anchorage, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for misdemeanor convictions related to an Arizona bar incident in which he shot pepper spray at an employee:

Gionet, who also faces unrelated charges over his presence in the U.S. Capitol during the Jan. 6 riot, was previously convicted of assault, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing in the December 2020 incident in Scottsdale. In the Jan. 6 riot, authorities say Gionet livestreamed for about 27 minutes from inside the U.S. Capitol, encouraged other rioters not to leave, profanely called a police officer an “oath breaker” and identified himself as a member of the media when told by police to move.He went from a childhood in Anchorage to alt-right fame. Now, the social media personality known as Baked Alaska has been arrested for storming the U.S. Capitol.
