A great spot on the Leeds and Liverpool canal
For this week's suggested walk we're taking a drip to the canalside for a visit to an impressive and recently reopened pub.
That pub, set next to the Leeds and Liverpool canal, opened this month for the first time in seven years after a major refurbishment. The entire interior has been repaired, revamped and decorated, while an extension has been added as a separate dining area for the high quality and locally sourced menu.Those running the pub have made it very clear they're open to walkers passing by along the canal so whether you want a quick stop or something bigger, it should be on offer at the Ring O Bells.
