Drivers and hikers will see the plantings in the median between Skyline High School and Keller Drive.Oakland Rotary Club #3 is the third oldest Rotary club in the country out of some 4,000 nationwide. The downtown-based club also plans to plant trees in East and West Oakland, as part of the urban forestry program.
