Christopher Maloney has vowed to turn his back on surgery after undergoing his 'final' and 25th cosmetic procedure.
The dental work came a week after he underwent his ninth hair transplant, eighth nose job, eyebrow lift and cheek lift. Christopher - who suffers from body dysmorphia - went on to explain that his latest procedures were maintenance for his earlier surgeries. They had planned to use part of Christopher's rib to support his nose, meaning he would not be able to undergo any further procedures, but were shocked to find there was enough workable cartilage left to proceed as normal.

Speaking on This Morning in 2015, he said: 'X Factor was great, but as the series was going on, I was getting really bad trolls and they were telling me that they were going to kill me, shoot me.
