Australian singer/songwriter Dope Lemon—aka Angus Stone—is back with another single from his forthcoming album,, which arrives September 29 via BMG. “Miami Baby” is a perfect, psychedelic summer anthem. Stone combines patterns of hip-hop, blues, soul and Southern rock to make an absolute whirlwind of cosmic rock ‘n’ roll. The work is euphoric and catchy as all get-out, as Stone adopts a drawling delivery backed by choral harmonies that conjure 50-year-old soundscapes.
