A former police officer was cleared of assaulting a man to the danger of his life.
Matthew Rooney, 67, was alleged to have attacked Joseph McGready on a Glasgow bus.The incident took place while the bus was in the city centre's Renfield Street.
It was claimed that he wrestled a bottle from Mr McGready and struck him on the face and neck with it.
