Abbey Theater of Dublin will premiere Columbus playwright and former Ohio Supreme Court Justice Herb Brown's 'The Price of Power' on Friday.

The two-act, two-hour play begins in December 1960, when the president-elect asks Bobby to assume the post, and ends Nov. 22, 1963, with Kennedy’s assassination. “Kennedy has always fascinated me . . . He could express the country’s ideals better than anyone, but his risk-taking and sense of entitlement were beyond belief,” Brown said.
