Besiktas interim coach Burak Yilmaz has explained why he took former Man United defender Eric Bailly off at half-time during his side's Turkish Super Lig clash with Antalyaspor on Sunday
Former Manchester United defender Eric Bailly was hauled off at half-time of Besiktas' clash with Antalyaspor after what his manager described as an "inappropriate move".
The club are trailing rivals Galatasaray by 12 points in the league and the coach who signed Bailly has left the club. Yilmaz, now in temporary charge, decided to take Bailly off at half-time on Sunday.READ MORE: United face risk with wildcard solution to striker problem Bailly, who was Jose Mourinho's first signing as United manager, played 113 games for the Reds. He moved from Spanish club Villarreal to Old Trafford for around £30million.
