Former Capitol Police officer Harry Dunn is launching a new political action committee to stop former President Donald Trump and his allies from winning in November.Dunn, who unsuccessfully ran for a House seat in Maryland last month, announced Wednesday that he is starting Dunn's Democracy Defenders.
Dunn has proven to be a fundraising powerhouse. Campaign finance reports released in April showed that he had raised four times more money than any other candidate in Maryland's crowded and competitive 3rd Congressional District, raking in $3.77 million in the first three months of the year.
