Victoria Beckham X Mango is coming for spring 2024 - here’s everything you need to know.
From slip dresses and knitwear, to sleek accessories and tailoring, Victoria Beckham’s debut collaboration with Mango is comprised of pieces that wouldn’t look amiss in the designer’s own wardrobe. The silhouettes are reminiscent of the everyday uniform she’s championed for decades – think flared trousers, angular blazers, satin blouses and spaghetti-strap slips – all rendered in a colour palette of soft pastels and neutrals.
While the DNA of her eponymous brand and her own personal archive informed the design process, Beckham says she was particularly inspired by the ease and elegance of Jane Birkin’s character in La Piscine – a film she saw many years ago – which led to intricate crocheted pieces and swimwear that echo Birkin’s French Riviera costumes.
