A wildfire burning in the dry brush near Truckee triggered evacuations on Thursday afternoon.
. The evacuation order is for zone TRK-E112, which lies just northeast of the Truckee Airport. The evacuation zone includes the Truckee Bike Park, the eastern portion of the Truckee River Legacy Trail and a handful of office buildings including the Tahoe-Truckee Sanitary Agency and the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District’s transportation services.
