'Dion was really nice and he was just like how he is on TV'
A Nottingham estate agent has shared what it is like appearing as a guest on Homes Under The Hammer as he recently filmed his fifth appearance for the popular daytime show. The BBC property show takes viewers all over the country to see humble homes transformed into stunning modern properties.
In the past, James has met Tommy Walsh and Martel Maxwell for the show, and says now he just needs to meet Martin Roberts. He said: "I always think it is going to be Dion when we get an invite, as I'm a big football fan so I've always wanted to meet Dion."They are all really nice but Dion was really nice and he was just like how he is on TV. Sometimes you don't get that in real life but he was genuinely such a nice guy.
"A lot of people watch the show and they will say they have seen me on TV as there are always re-runs on. I often get comments like that when people see the re-runs."
