A Dauphin Junior High School teacher recently received a pleasant surprise from the Enterprise Chamber of Commerce Workforce and Education Partnership Committee.
ENTERPRISE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE The Enterprise Chamber of Commerce's Workforce and Education Partnership Committee brought an extra dose of excitement to the field day festivities at Dauphin Junior High School by surprising seventh grade science teacher, Ryanne Watson, with the Innovative Teaching Project Grant.
Watson emphasized the significance of interactive learning in her grant application, saying, “Students remember hands-on learning activities for a long period of time and sometimes even a lifetime.” She highlighted the importance of engagement in the learning process, noting its potential to ignite interest in various career paths.
Brockman commended Watson and other educators for their dedication to student success, stating, “We are blessed in Enterprise City Schools to have many innovative and creative teachers.”
