Emmerdale star teases Moira's surprising reaction to Mackenzie's Charity betrayal
ITV soap Emmerdale is known for its explosive weddings, with previous twists including kidnaps and deadly storms. So it comes as no surprise that Charity Dingle and Mackenzie Boyd’s nuptials will be anything but smooth sailing.
Spending the night in cells, the couple are unsure if the wedding can go ahead but they’re soon released as reluctant vicar, Charles Anderson, agrees to marry them in their costumes. Talking to OK! and other press, Natalie, who is dressed as "Howling Mad" Murdock for the scenes, tells us of how she thinks Moira will react to Mackenzie's betrayal: "I can imagine how she might react but I don't know how they're going to write that.
Natalie says: "I think even she'd fall out with her brother about that. If it's how I would play Moira, I think she would and that's when she would side with Charity in that case. "It would be a shame to come this far and then, remember, she's still getting to know her brother, she loves him dearly - but she's kind of getting to know the adult him. So that's quite new to her still and I think she'd be disappointed really that he's turned out like that.
