Soap actor Patrick Mower and Anya Pope have been married since 1996.
Patrick Mower, aka Rodney Blackstock, is Emmerdale’s longest-serving cast member Rodney Blackstock has been a staple of Emmerdale for many years now, with the character having been a regular fixture in the Dales since 2000. This year alone has seen him become involved with helping fellow Emmerdale icon Mary Goskirk in her search for Mrs Right, by helping her with a dating app she has joined – even if the path of true love didn’t run completely smooth.
The actor previously spoke about becoming an older dad following Maxim’s birth, telling the Bucks Free Press in 1998 that he was ‘enjoying the whole thing’. ‘It is so wonderful, especially when you are an older father, you appreciate the actual wonder of a baby,’ he explained.
