Several police cars attended the scene
Several police cars are reported to be attending an incident in the city centre. At around 1.30pm on Thursday, February 22, several police cars, a police van and an ambulance were seen close to Garner's Hill, Nottingham.
The emergency services in attendance are reportedly close to the Nottingham Contemporary building steps and under the tram tracks between the Lace Market and Nottingham railway station tram stops. A spokesperson for Nottinghamshire Police explained that the incident was in relation to a "medical emergency".
The incident was reported to Nottinghamshire Police at 1.15pm. The spokesperson also confirmed that East Midlands Ambulance Service were in attendance.
