As Ellie Goulding debuts a bold new choppy micro-fringe, fans ask the singer if she “‘learnt nothing from Emily in Paris season three”’
French bobs and micro fringes are having a moment this season, and Ellie Goulding seems to be keen to be at the forefront of these trends. Though the singer only just debuted a brunette hair transformation a few weeks ago, she’s already for another change.
“She bangs! Gorgeous on you,” says one, while a second writes: “Looks like you chopped it all off. You look beautiful.”If, like us, you binge-watched all three seasons of Netflix’s Emily in Paris, you’ll probably understand this comment. Emily, played by Lily Collins, appeared in series three with a brand new fringe, and the hairstyle caused quite a fuss with watchers after she cut it herself in an opening episode.
