Netflix have now revisited the case in their latest true crime documentary, leaving viewers asking one question: Where is Elizabeth Haysom now?The now 59-year-old claimed at Soering’s trial that she manipulated her boyfriend into killing her parents because they did not approve of their relationship.
Haysom later served 32 years of her 90-year sentence at Fluvanna Correctional Centre for Women in Troy, Virginia. It is believed Haysom lives in Western Canada after she was granted parole and deported to her home country in 2019.Jens Soering, who served 33 years in prison for a double murder arrives in Germany following his extradition from the US after receiving a partial pardon in 2019
